The owner and contact details appear above. We process information you provide through the form or correspondence.
Data and purposes
Name and contact details are needed to reply. Date, budget, colours, bouquet specifications, wishes, social contact and a reference photo are optional details for planning the arrangement. We also store the request ID, timestamp, reference and estimate. The basis is steps at your request before a contract and performance of a contract (GDPR 6(1)(b)). We do not use this data for advertising or newsletters.
Website security
For spam protection the server temporarily stores an IP hash and request count. Records expire within 20 minutes and expired records are removed on the next request. The basis is our legitimate interest in securing the website (GDPR 6(1)(f)). The hosting provider also processes network information to deliver and protect the site.
Recipients and services
The owner can access requests. Cloudflare provides hosting, the database and photo storage. When notifications are enabled, Telegram receives the request ID, date, flower count and estimate. Names, contacts, wishes and photos are not automatically sent to Telegram. Notifications serve the legitimate interest of responding promptly. Instagram and messaging services apply their own privacy policies when you follow their links.
International processing
Cloudflare and Telegram operate internationally; processing outside the EEA is possible. Cloudflare processing terms and applicable transfer mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses where applicable, govern its processing. Ask the owner for information about providers and safeguards; their policies are linked below. EU storage does not mean all processing is restricted to the EU.
Retention
Requests and attachments remain in the website's working database for up to 180 days after receipt. The owner checks deadlines and deletes records manually. Contract, accounting and dispute records are kept separately for statutory periods or as needed to protect legal rights. Backup copies expire on their overwrite cycle; the owner deletes Telegram messages separately.
Your rights
Contact the owner by email to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, or object to legitimate-interest processing. We normally respond within one month; the law allows an extension for complex requests with notice. You can complain to VDAI. We do not profile you or make automated decisions with legal effects.
